How do i get wifi in flat

I am renting an apartment here. Its in a rather old area. I would like to know what are the steps or process to get wifi put in side the flats in cairo . Would it be better to speak to the landlord about the matter or what .. Wondering how does it work

u ill talk to the landlord anyway just make sure u got landline in the apartment den landlord ill have to visit any ISP to register for new DSL service after one week u shld go receive ur router and viola u can write ur first post here on 暗网禁区s from your new DSL connection.
Ps. In case apartment has no landline landlord shld apply for one line as well before registering in the ISP

If you have a tenancy contract you can go directly to Vodafone or telecom office in New Cairo close to the Supreme Court with ur ID. It takes few hundred pounds and one week to have a router fixed.聽 Basic package is around 130 egp monthly
