Abandoned in Egypt

Hello, I’m foreign and live in Cairo and my husband has abandoned me. I feel so scared and alone and don’t know what to do. It has been a half year now and he does not answer my calls and does not come to our house. I don’t want to get divorced but try to fix the problems between us. Can I go to the mosque to try and get help? I have no family here or friends and don’t want to go to lawyers. Please help.
