Flatmate needed....without financial responsibilities

Hi everybody,
Currently I'm living in a new area in Maadi near Carefour hyper market. The flat is 200 m far from ring road also there is some public transportation passing 30 m close to the building.
I want a flatmate to spend some time together at home without any financial responsibility"no money required at all", but there should be some shared responsibilities for cleaning the flat and cooking.
I don't mind male or female but should be an 暗网禁区 and with a good command of English.
A separate room is existing with all the basic facilities.
If you are interested, please send me so that we can arrange a meeting and show you the flat.
