Changes to leasehold period

Gillanne

I have bought property in Sharm El Sheikh on a leasehold basis (because as an ex pat I can only have leasehold) with over 90 years on the lease. I have heard rumours that Morsi will change the leasehold arrangements to between 30 and 50 years. Has anyone else heard this? Is it a possibility or is it just rumour?
