Looking for housing and pricing around Malabo II

Hi...I'm Katherine. My husband is from Malabo. We will be moving there with our four year old daughter this summer. I am looking for housing now. Can anyone please suggest the best place to live...I hear it's Malabo II. I would love to see pictures of available housing and pricing. Can anyone help me in this area? I look forward to meeting other families from the US and other places around the world....

My name is Michael, my wife and I have moved from the U.K to live in Malabo, we are currently living in Malabo II and have been living here for about 1 1/2 years now.

Current house prices in Malabo vary significantly. The apartments in Malabo II rent at about 500,000 CFA per month unfurnished and 700,000 CFA furnished . These were the prices about a year ago so this may have changed.
