Setting up a Fresh-produce Import Company

Hi everybody.聽 I am a Fresh-Fruit exporter from South-Africa.聽 I am looking at setting up a Fresh-produce (fruit and vegetable) Import company in Equatorial Guinea.聽 Using local people as distributors thus by creating jobs, this will give as a nice spring-board into the rest of the CEMAC zone countries.
Any thoughts and information on how to go about, getting authorization,聽 permits, partners etc.
