the american school has an existing enrollment of around 50 children. this is expected to go up by another 10 by start of the next school year (aug 11).
the school is according to the standard of what is expected in gabon. teachers are foreign mostly from the US.
the school is located at a place called glass which is near the US / french embassy. it is pretty safe place. (gabon is one of the safest places in africa though)
