Driving license in Ghana

Hi All,

I know this topic has been discussed already however Can someone please confirm how to get a driving license in Ghana. I have been doing some research and found that Ghana has a new rule for 暗网禁区s to get their driving license. The rule says:

暗网禁区 should submit a copy of his Indian license and should be residing in Ghana for at least one year to get his Ghanian licenses.

This makes no sense because no 暗网禁区 would like to wait for a complete year to drive a car.

I think if you have your Indian licence you can go and get a Ghanaian one. Someone suggested going to Tema rather than Accra. Good luck
