Aussie penpal seeking job in east africa

My aussie penpal is seeking a nice job in the East african region.

They dont mind the east african country they go to.Their only concern is that the job will be suitable,sufficient and rewarding enough for them to come to africa.

Their skills are mainly administration,management and customer care.
Any advice and opportunities available for them ?

Tell them to check with devnetjobs.org or summit recruitment
However, not sure if they will be able to get in the areas you have indicated as that market is flooded unless they come in with an International organisation or NGO or with an Australian firm.
