Good secondary boarding schools for locals.

Hi,

I am hoping i could get advice on secondary boarding schools close to Nairobi. I do not live in Kenya, but am wanting to send a relative of mine to boarding school. I am not looking for, or can afford the top schools, but need any advice on schools that local girls can go and get a reasonable education. She comes from a very difficult background and i feel sending her to boarding school could really help her.
Any advice, suggestions would be much appreciated.

Are you looking for a religious school? is she English speaking? and yes whats your budget? must the school be within Nairobi or is the outskirts okay?
