I did not have any problem with Turkish airlines with e-ticket untill now.
Maybe just in case you need, you take copy of e-ticket with you to the check in desk.

I used an e-ticket last year using the Libyan Airlines and there was no problem. as long as you have it printed on a paper you should be fine.

The wife just flew back to Scotland (BA)on an e-ticket mate, so no problems.

The majority of tickets issued here nowadays are e-tickets.

Just make sure that you have the e-ticket number and  the booking reference.

I just travelled with Afriqiyah on an e-ticket. I just handed over my passport, no need for the booking reference, although you might like to have it, 'just in case'.
Mrs Mudman flew the other week with Qatar Airways & they just asked for the credit card that had been used to make the booking.(and Qatar will SMS the booking reference to you, which is handy).

Just want to explain something about KLM
I get my e-ticket from skyscanner.com
and i was so lucky that i confirmed my e-ticket at the airlines office
here in libya when you buy e-ticket from internet you have to reconfirm it at the airline offices , BECAUSE we don't use the same reservation codes
especially on KLM , And Lufthansa
other airlines is very ok , just make sure take copy with you
