If i were in position to decide the requirements for any given nationality to enter Libya, it would be just copy and paste of the requirements that are required From a Libyan Citizen to enter their country.  ""A taste of Medicine that they love giving the others"" and like that is fair and respect is just mutual !!

and I think these fees listed should be up by ahhhhhhhhh may be 50% higher

I totally disagree.
In my view, we should minimise the cost and red tape or indeed scrap the procedure altogether, for the simple fact that we in Libya NEED experts and professionals from other countries to sort out the huge mess we are in.
Hopefully our Libyan workforce will learn something from the experience.

How many Westerners are there in Libya, unemployed and living on social welfare?
