Arriving to Tripoli

Dears , Hope all of you is doing just fine , I`ll be arriving to Tripoli on the 23rd of Feb , any advise how to start managing my self there ? in terms of Internet , best area to live in ? how to spend time ?

best area to stay is OMAR AL MOKTAR STREET
coz can find out many internet cafe and easy to get food and restuarant

best city to live in Tripoli ,
Area wise , there is ben ashour, and novlien areas , a little expensive but it's all good.
Internet you have get a wimax or adsl on a telephone line.
whereas there is wireless internet connection and satellite internet connections available as well.
