John.

Hi Guys,
I'm working in an office with four British °µÍø½ûÇøs in their 20's who are keen to get involved with sports of any sorts. Also some Arabic guys in the office who would be keen for football. If anyone also knows of any Rugby/Cricket/Badminton/Anything at all going on we are very keen to get involved.
Les Pats,
I've been trying to contact you about surfing but as a new member i can't send pm's. If you could get in touch that would be much appreciated.

Cricket, wow!! about time I found somebody who wants to play cricket. It will be great if we can find some teams here or atleast we can make 1 ourselves and practice. So i guess we are 5 already.
Anybody interested in playing cricket?
I can't imagine getting 22 people to ever turn up but some quick cricket or pairs cricket is probably feasible? With the amount of Aussies and English people on here it must be, especially with the ashes to stoke up a bit of enthusiasm. Not sure we will find anything resembling a wicket though.

We just need a ground and i believe that is the only thing Libya has in plenty. What about the kit? It is unlikely to get a kookaburra ball here and bat too but we can play with the tennis ball. Do you know anybody who has a bat here?
I guess we can play on Saturdays.
I just discovered how culturally challenged I must be. I can think of thousand ways to mock all you cricket-ers; but I won't, because we're all cosmopolitan and educated and stuff.
Gaah! I definitely need to travel more!
I bet you do . What are you, a football freak?
It is a very interesting game. Ashes is on these day watch it. It is so much fun. You interested in cricket??
Could someone please direct me to the rugby thread please? I can't find it? No takers on the surfing?
