Bank Transfer From SABB (Saudi British Bank) to Philippine Bank (BDO)

I made my final exit from Saudi Arabia last 10 August 2013 and still have money from my savings Account at SABB Bank. I tried to collect the money tru Bank Transfer but the bank told me to update my bank details (IQAMA?) IN SAUDI arabia. Is there any other way to collect my money without going to KSA to update my bank details or renew my IQAMA? Thanks
