Room for rent in a decent area

My husband is living and working in Tripoli and flies home to malta where we live every second weekend.

I am looking for a room for him to rent in a decent area that is not too expensive.

He is a civil engineer working on projects in Tripoli, he is very tidy and a non smoker.聽 He is living in the Janzour "hotel" which is not very nice and is expensive.

So if anyone knows of a room going for rent please let me know.

I really hope there is someone out there that can help

It would be cheaper if he can team up with some other guys and rent an apartment together. Single rooms are difficult to find and if you do find one it is usually expensive.

Hope this helps. Doing a search for a room in Tripoli, I only got one result which was priced at 1,500 LD. Which is a ripoff, you can rent a whole apartment for that much.

A search for a "studio" had more results at okay prices (at least, until you get to the bottom of the page ). So probably one of these is what you're looking for:
