Hello! I live in Antananarivo and would like some advice if I want to get a scholarship in the countries of northern English ! Now I am preparing my Master and I would like to continue my PhD abroad ! Since you are strictly thinking of studying and working in England then a good place to start is the British Embassy. If you have done so, what did you learn.
I know that the American Embassy does take applications for study nI the USA and green cards for work. They recently started taking applications and I am not sure if the deadlines are closed yet. You may want to visit the Embassies to learn what are the official documents you will need and what are the deadlines for applications.
