Cost of accomodation

Hi Guys, I am trying to get an idea of cost of rental in Blantyre? Looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom place in sunny side or near to St Andrews. Must be secure as my wife and child will stay there during the week. Any ideas or suggestions?
