The healthcare system has little improved now as compared to the past. There are plenty of gynecologists serving their duties in Lilongwe. Private hospitals and clinics are better as compared to government hospitals. You can check ABC Community Clinic, City Centre Clinic & Daeyang Luke Hospital.
Before you depart to Malawi, please take appropriate dosage of yellow fever vaccination from your nearest clinic. (Do not forget to consult your doctor or midwife before to take vaccination injection, I am not sure if this vaccination could harm your baby, as I am not a doctor飦�)
