Well, from the perspective of a Mauritanian who lived abroad for some time i can suggest the following:
1. 500 miles virtually virgin coast to explore
2. Never have to worry about a traffic citation!
3. Nice people in general
4. Cheap labor (house mades and general labor)
5. Many opportunities to grow
