Resident ID - where to collect?

Our residency permit under the Smart City Scheme (AZURI) has taken about 6 months to be processed - we have now received the approval but have not been informed on how or where to collect the Identification Badge as they call it.

Can anyone perhaps please shed some light on their experience - we are flying in as we understand that this has to be collected in person.

Assuming this is the ID card, not the permit, then it is, or at least it was 2 months ago:

Passport & Immigration Office

Sterling House, 9-11 Lislet Geoffroy Street, Port Louis, Mauritius

4th floor, tiny little office.
