Hi all

I'm looking to apply for a premium visa again.

(I had one from 2022-23)

The new rules say that I should have long term accommodation in advance.(idk why they changed the rule, the last time I came on a short Airbnb and then later found a place to rent)

I also want to apply from outside the country since processing timelines are uncertain.

What are the best options to get a rental agreement or long term accommodation remotely without paying too much over market price?
