I have been running my home building and real estate business in South Africa for 20 years.

It seems that there is a good amount development happening in Mauritius.

I would like to explore opportunities to come to Mauritius to work in property development.

I can come on my own or bring teams and experts to assist. (Architects, engineers, project managers, even subcontractors and labour if necessary)

Mauritius is only a 4-hour flight from SA so I can commute but I am also open to permanent residence.

My understanding is that South Africa is a large target market for investment.

I am able to facilitate property sales/investment to South African buyers/investors, and I am able to facilitate turnkey building projects.

Although I am enquiring about opportunities in Mauritius, I am also able to facilitate opportunities in the other direction as well, if people in Mauritius would like to take up opportunities in South Africa.

Please advise any interest or opportunities in either direction.

I also have an 18-year-old daughter who finishes matric this year, and we need to consider her opportunities for next year.

Her subject include:

English, Afrikaans, French, Drama, Art, Maths, and Life Orientation

Any study or work opportunities for her would be good to know.
