Hi Everyone.

I am wondering if anyone on this forum has actually managed to purchase an EDB (Economic Development Board - Previously BOI) property in Mauritius - or if you have access to people who have. -- I am currently creating a detailed article regarding these types of purchases in Mauritius and I would very much like to have feedback from actual RES / IRS / etc property owners. - I am compiling an anonymous survey and would be very glad if you could DM me email addresses of people I can send this to.

Hi,

The BOI doesn't own and/or sell properties. The BOI is a regulatory body under the aegis of the Prime Minister's Office that oversees foreign investment and grants permits and licenses.

All RES/IRS/PDS programs are financed and implemented by private promoters under the guidelines and schemes of the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development.
