Finding a job in Mauritius while still in Cape Town

Hello all!!

I have been looking through some treads with the same questions as mine but most of them have been on here for years, so here goes....

I have a few questions regarding moving to Mauritius.

1. Can i find a job while im still here in Cape Town?
2. When i do find a job, will i get a work permit? or a residence permit?
3. Will my husband and child be able to move with me?
4. Is it easier going on a tourist visa and then trying to find a job?

Or do i have to make an investment to be able to immigrate to Mauritius?

Please any help will be greatly appreciated.
