i have a question to ask; if someone opened a new italian vegan restaurant with complete new italian vegan food in Mauritius, could this work in Mauritius?

Hi,
The fact that there are little options for vegan in terms of outdoor eating in Mauritius could work to your advantages. Plus if you do its marketing, you can attract non vegan to it as well.

Vegan + Italian, this is quite a narrow market, in my opinion, extremely narrow for Mauritius.
