Selling Land in Mauritius.

Hello,
I would like to sell my land in Mauritius. Could someone please recommend a decent and honest surveyor to take care of this.

The buyer is asking for a PIN and a surveryors reports. I have spoken to few surveyors and they all want to rip me off by asking for a down payment and then returning the fees back after the process is complete.

As I am not in Mauritius and very wary of the crooks in disguise some assistance would be appreciated.

You could try the agencies section on this website: to locate a few and choose one or contact one of the comittee members for assistance?

Not sure if this website/scheme is government approved.
