Good evening

Hello everyone,

For newbies, I suggest that you go through the Living in Mauritius Guide. Also, have a look at the EDB website :

Find a job where you earn atleast Rs60,000 (or Rs 30,000 in IT sector)
Invest (property or open a business and meet the investment requirements)
Retirement (meet income requirements)
Premium visa (living in Mauritius for 1 year but you can not earn any income from local sources, so you can't work locally or with locals)

These are briefly the 4 main options...
