Hello all,

Please if someone can help!

I have rented my two bed Apartment in Marrakesh to a Moroccan national, and he is now keep delaying the rent and making excuses.

We have signed all the paperwork legally to pay the rent before the 5th of each month. What are the options there for me to evict him and how to do this?

@jannnoory the only option is to take the tenant to court and apply for eviction. Make sure he hasn鈥檛 paid you for at least 3 months before you do this. You can do this yourself by putting your complaint to what they call 鈥� the kings representative 鈥� in the court or employ a lawyer which could cost a fortune. Good luck
