No.. Only if you support her financially, and support her spouse visa by showing the immigration office that you two are together, she will need your documents to support the application. In the mean time go ahead with filing for a divorce!

She cannot come to the UK as your wife unless you have sponsored her as family (family/spouse visa). And she cannot claim to be your wife unless you have already filed the documents in the UK proving you are married and she is your wife.

I’m a bit puzzled that you got into the marriage not knowing everything to know prior. There’s also a bit of uncertainty and doubt when marrying someone who is not from the same country/culture. As Sarah said, your next steps is to file for divorce in Morocco.

Thanks for the reply I understand now I got 1 question can she claim to be my wife ? When we married in Morocco They checked if I was married so wouldn’t country know and wouldn’t that be enough for her to claim to be my wife ?

Yes I’m on to that as we speak so hopefully big lesson learnt we was only married for 1 month so we didn’t start any of the visa stuff but was confused if she still can claim to be my wife and in that way can get visa to U.K.

Before they give her the Visa as your spouse, they will need your up to date documents, your address, your phone number, your bank statements to show you earn enough to support her stay which is I believe £18.000/year.
They will have to interview both you and her.
If you're still worried, go to British embassy in Morocco or call them and give them her name along with the story and the situation.

In Morocco, yes. Outside Morocco, no. Again, unless you have told the British government in valid documentation such as your marriage license (that is translated to English from the original Arabic and certified) and you have filed the documentation for spousal sponsorship or even mentioned her in your taxes filings in the UK, she cannot claim anything. Because she isn't registered in the British system. In Morocco, she may be able to claim having a spouse, but you must file a divorce in Morocco if you no longer wish to be with her. You don't have to do anything in the UK as you will appear to be never married.

If the marriage was conducted under Moroccan civil law, and you went through the not insubstantial hoops to get a proper civil marriage then the UK will recognise the marriage. If you just got married with an imam then the uk will not accept the marriage.
Even though you are married your wife is not entitled to a British passport, as the others have said you would have to sponsor her spouse visa application and she would have to reside in the U.K. for a number of years to qualify and still they could refuse.
I’m British and my wife is Moroccan our son was born in Morocco and even though by law he is entitled to a British passport by decent it took 8 months to get it. Hence it’s not even easy to get a passport when your British, so don’t worry. Sarah’s advice is good, contact the embassy in Rabat, best by email as they don’t answer the phone, plus you will have a record of your communication.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do and be happy.

If she hasn't got a visa that allows her to enter or live in the uk. She has no chance of entering the uk without you sponsoring her unless she has your children ( who will be British ). If you are concerned about this you need to talk to the British consulate and make them aware of your concerns. I hope that this helps.

Obtaining British citizenship ( uk passport ) is dependent on several conditions. You have to be in the uk and lived in the uk for at least 5 years and satisfy the conditions stated in the uk government website. This is the link 👇

Without your support she has no chance for a visa.

it's not as simple as that sorry, If you had the child in Morocco you would still need to apply for a British passport if the child qualifies for one. Then once the child has a British passport the visa process for your wife becomes a little easier but not much.

If your trying to obtain a permanent visa to reside in the UK then she will always need your sponsorship and you would have to follow the rules to qualify. if she trying to obtain a visit visa then she has to prove she will not overstay in the UK and will return back to Morocco.
