Apartment required in Agadir for 6 months

Hi
I am interested in renting a modern furnished apartment from 5th November 2017 until 5th May 2018.
This is 6 months.
We may decide to rent for a further period after 6 months.

Please let me know:
1) What the terms and conditions are
2) Best price per month in Dirhams (Based on minimum 6 months)
3) Does the appartment have WIFI? If so how many gigabytes? And is the WIFI included in the monthly rental price?
4) Does the appartment have satelite TV? If so which one? And is the satelite TV included in the monthly rental price?
5) Are all utility bills, such as electricity and water bills included in the price?
6) Is there a daily cleaner included in the price?
