Would like to relocate my family to Namibia

Please I am working in Angola for more than 3 years now while my family lives in Nigeria. I would like to relocate them to Namibia because its an english speaking country and my kids can easy fit into the educational system since english is the language of instruction. Angolas official language is portuguese and it will be difficult for the kids to comprehend instructions in school through the medium of portuguese. I though Namibia will provide me with solution to language in schools and at the same time my family will be more closer to me. So I would like you to furnish me with information on how to relocate my family while I continue with my work in Angola. Thank you
