Setup Take Away Restaurant in Nigeria

I am looking for someone who enjoy making oriental dishes, I would like to go into a restaurant venture in Nigeria (Benin City) to setup Chinese restaurant. What I have in mind is something similar to Wasabi restaurant in the UK. Such a setup in Nigeria would be very successful and would initially start operation with one restaurant with intention of expanding the business in due course. This is a great opportunity to venture into an untapped market.
