Interested in a job opportunity in Lagos, need suggestions

Hi,

I have found a job opportunity with Far East Mercantile, based out of Lagos.

I need some suggestions on the following matters:

1. How is the Company?

2. At present I am in Mumbai (India) and earn around INR 35.5 lacs (about 52450 USD) annually. The company says that they will provide accomodation, car, driver, cost of petrol, utility bills, child education, health care cost for me & family, and around 900 USD per month as Local Salary. Apart from that they will pay a salary (negotiable) in an NRI Account in India.
My question is - would the local salary is Nigeria be enough to sustain a good life style in Lagos?
Also, how much India Salary should I ask for?
I am really looking forward to save some handsome amount in India, as I am going to leave the comfort of my home country to work in Lagos. So, please suggest.

3. Would it be safe for me to take my family to Lagos? I am planning to move with my wife and 3 year old daughter.

Looking forward for some good suggestions.

Approve. Been in Nigeria last year for business, stayed there for 3 months at Eko hotel and Suites. HEll is a good term to describe that country, won't come back again.
