how does the healthcare system work in the Seychelles ? Is it efficient ?

What are the main differences between public and private sectors?

Is it recommended to purchase private health insurance in the Seychelles?

Seychelles health system ? Lol it is bad very poor in qualified doctors ur under experienced doctors.
Nurses are even worse if anything serious leave and go to Dubai or UK
Here they are very inadequate
Every little thing in seychelles is a big deal or as they say "not my job"
