Hi

We are considering opening a tourism sector business in Seychelles from South Africa.

We would also like to relocate with some sort of permanent security.

We have heard the new trends are against GOPs and stability for foreigners are these truthful?

How stable is the business owners residency?

Any advice is appreciated

Hi, I am Thierry,聽 living in Seychelles for 17 years.

Please find below some very useful link about setting a business and work permit.
Investments are encouraged in some areas, restricted in others. For instance, by law you are not permitted to run an hotel of less then 15 rooms as a foreigner. Forget about tour operator ownership and to work as a tour guide.
The policy is to promote local labour.
