Do a Google search for hospitals and clinics in whatever area of South Africa you want to work, then contact them.

Or Google ' jobs for doctors in South Africa'

hello, my name is yosra, am from egypt, i was wondering how can i get a job as a doctor in south africa, i am already a doctor a neurologist with master degree and finished my residency two years ago and am planning to move to south africa so how can i work as a doctor there please any advice??
