Room for rent: City Centre from February 2014

Dear Good People,

I am a Tanzanian of Arab origin, welltravelled, speak several languages and have been able to rent one extra room out to a good person temporarily working/ researching in Dar Es Salaam. My current house mate leaves end of January 2014, I am looking for a decent person to take over from him.

Preference: Male, European (Francaise, German, Swiss, British, etc)
Attitude: Down to Earth please.
Location: Kariakoo, Dar Es Salaam, City Center
Environment: Safe
Car parking: Non
Rate: Negotiable
Sexuality: Open minded. If you have a boyfriend from home, he is welcome to visit. No random guys in the house. If you have a girlfriend from home, she is welcome to visit or join you, NO random girls in the house.

It is a clean, safe, well-lit, organized place.
No generator, water available all the time.
