Schools and living in Northern Dar for a family of 4

My husband has a job offer in Dar (in Mikochene industrial area) and we'll be coming with our two kids aged 7 and 3. I see there are so many schools with such a wide range of fees. We are looking for a advice on schools that aren't more than $9000 per annum (preferably less) as well as advice on areas to live, (in the north), which will be close enough to work as well as schools and not too posh, but comfortable

Any advice appreciated!

Hi Charliecox,

I would have advised you to find a school that matches with their curriculum in your country.
If you tell me which country you are coming from , I would have advised you better.
As for houses , if you tell me the range or type of the house you need, I might give you some picture on the rent you should expect, but currently in DAR the rent has gone a bit down.
On the school issue be careful with the transport issue, as you must be assured that they have a transport for your kids other wise it might give you really headache
