I will be looking for a small 1-bedroom apartment with some amenities (single occupancy) in Sousse in Feb/Mar '17.聽 I expect to sign a one-year lease with the option to extend.聽 What kind of property market am I likely to find when I arrive?聽聽I would appreciate any information you might be able to offer 鈥� no matter how small it might be!聽聽Thanks in advance鈥�
