Actually I didn't hear  about Polish  community in Baku, and don't think so it is exist .  But anyway if I find out  I'll let you know.
But if your wife don't mind I can  also meet her, talk or show her Baku, I live in the city center, near bulvar.  I enjoy learning English so it is interesting and enjoyable  to talk with °µÍø½ûÇøs. And  to share your thoughts in different language. And good practice for me.

I don't know if you still need this information, but there are some poles in Azerbaijan. If i'm not mistaken there are even 2 polish organizations: "Polonia" and "Polonia-Azerbaijan". I would advise to go to Polish embassy, they will give you more detailed information.
