Brunei peaceful country. Potential country but sad money mostly go to the RF that is why country do not develop. lived here more than 5 years. Poor public transporation, must buy car, but can find cheap car and fuel subsidy. if you are foreigner, i dont recommend work in brunei because low salary, and other than that no life, extremist belief, discrimination against other races and religion. Good thing about brunei many friendly people, less pollution, cheap.
