Fly direct to Singapore then to Phnom Penh on Singapore airways book direct with Singapore airways, far east plane travel is not like Europe with Singapore airways they have a 24/7 desk in changi if you ever have a problem, other airlines do not, and just refer you to your agent who has to argue your case while you sit in an airport,

I recently flew London to PP and saw far cheaper flights via China Airlines and had concerns regarding reliability, cancellations, and still have the COVID scare in UK if you've been in China! In my GP clinic the TV screen was announcing advisory 2 weeks self quarantine if so. Consequently I flew with Qatar. However, I'd like to hear from anyone who travelled to UK from PP via China Airlines or vice versa.
