Basketball Courts in Phnom Penh?

Does anybody know of any basketball courts in the city that a few guys could use, either for a small fee or free? I know about the Olympic Stadium but its usually completely packed, especially the time's when I'm free in the evening or the weekend.

Also where would one be able to buy a basketball?

I saw a basketball in the IBC bookstore at the lucky mall in Siem Reap and I believe it was about $80. I bought 30 of the same balls for my league in California in march for &19.99 each. I believe they are made in Pakistan so I don't understand why the extremely high cost?
