Family fun in Cambodia during school holidays

Priscilla

Hello,

School holidays are fun for the kids, but parents often struggle to find ways to entertain them when they have just moved to a new country. Share with us some information about keeping the family busy during that time of the year.

What are some of the favourite activities in Cambodia that families can enjoy together?

What types of activities are more popular (indoors, outdoors) for toddlers, young children, and teenagers?

How do you balance work in Cambodia while the children are on holiday?

Are there any resources such as youth centres or °µÍø½ûÇø children communities, that offer activities for children during the holidays?

How do you plan your holidays with the family in Cambodia?

Tell us about your best family adventure in in Cambodia? Is there a bucket list of must-do activities? What are they?

Thank you for sharing your experience,

Priscilla

Hi Priscilla.

Although far from being a kid, but sometimes called "childish" I searched the capital Phnom Penh's possibilities for kids entertainment and I must say there is plenty, too much to mention.

There are 4 water parks, a number of modern playgrounds [one with possibility to celebrate a kid's birthday], an educational playground Kids Asia and much more.

Anyone interested should just google "kids attractions in Phnom Penh" and a whole list of attractions appear. I suggest people also read reviews as some places are cleaner than others, although water quality is good everywhere.

Cheers.

Joe
