Hello Joe,

Do you know if there a tax on lottery money received outside Cambodia and for someone who wants to °µÍø½ûÇøriate in Cambodia ?

Thank you !

Depends on what you do with the money.

If you bring it in you will have to declare it.
(10,000 USD can be brought in in cash without the need to declare it).

Cheers.

I would appreciate if you can mention the different taxes that °µÍø½ûÇøs pay in Cambodia.

I am not American.

³Ò’d²¹²â,

If the income is from a compliant Retirement Fund , superannuation etc , or a Govt pension …it’s Exempt from Tax.

If it’s from other sources like an Index fund, business interests , Stock dividends, royalties etc …..best to have a look at websites that cover Tax in Cambodia.   Since it’s likely you’ll be living here more than 183 days a year you’ll be classified as a resident for Tax purposes.

Get googling ….there’s websites that give all the details.
