lawyer- buying condominium ( Mekong Towers)- Hard title or soft title?

in process of buying condominium (MEKONG TOWERS) riverside, pp. private sale, with company helping with the sale. it comes with soft title, but we are told we can have hard title, but have to pay more. is it best to get the hard title ? also can any one recommend a good,fair, not to expensive lawyer ,on pp. we are near central market . thanks to anyone who can help us. cherrs. dave glen .

hi聽 , dave glenda, u should see a lawyer, to check out the contract and the developer, also to see if its possible at this stage to buy hard tittle,or u may have to get a soft one for now and buy a hard tittle聽 later. so u will have to pay lawyer for checking contract, getting hard tittle , tax .聽 may be 4000 dolls, hope this helpfull, try this lawyer, they are fair and laugh at my jokes , aprox 10 mins from u .srahchork.. csp and associates..hope this helps you guys , take care , from聽聽daveglen3000
