There is no easy answer to that question.聽 It is theoretically possible but probably unlikely.聽 Health related decisions are often more arbitrary than general rules and regulations, which are nowhere close to evenly enforced.

Anybody can tell you that it can be done and that it cannot be done.聽 The only way to truly know is to apply and see what happens.聽 At best, you get the visa.聽 At worst, they deny the visa, deport and blacklist you.
