Daughter looking for nanny position while leaning mandarin

I have an 18 yr old who has just finished school, currently in China for six weeks.聽 She is looking to further her mandarin and would like to work as nanny - she is great with kids.聽 Ideally, she would like to be immersed in the language in the home environment, with her time off undertaking formal study mixed with interacting with the locals.

Any advice - thank you

Does she speak any Mandarin?
