orangekubrick

Hi all, I've been living in Chengdu for almost two weeks now but haven't really ventured out into the city yet. Is there any long time °µÍø½ûÇøs who could show me round or any fellow newbies who'd like to explore together? :)

Hi there,
I'm not based in Chengdu, but this site might be more helpful:
You can post your inquiry in the forum. The forum is quite active. :)
Hope it helps!

Hi there,

I have been offered a job in Chengdu. I haven't signed a contract yet, but can anyone help describe their living experience there? Is there xenophobic abuse? I've heard negative stuff about not being allowed into restaurants and bars etc...what is the °µÍø½ûÇø experience like in this area?

@orangekubrick Hi did you find some friends? I am wondering what is it like living in Chengdu after a few years?

@brookesclaudia32As far as I know, the more prosperous the place, the less xenophobia there is. They value your ability more, which can also bring a lot of pressure in life.
